Sound Affair Ltd. Complete Mastering Services include:

Transfer of all audio files to a two channel, ½”, Ampex ATR 102 mastering recorder, with ATR Magnetics or RMG SM 900 mastering tape or to a 24 bit/96k workstation.

• Analog playback through the Focusrite Blue/Sound Affair Mastering console.
• Real time phase and polarity check of left and right audio channels
• Bass management and optimization
• Compression and limiting
• Stereo enhancement
• Equalization
• Pop, click and noise removal
• General assembly - includes fade ins and outs, cross fades, track sequencing and spacing
• ISRC, UPC, and CD text coding
• Real time block error check and analysis of master disc
• Stereo balancing and level adjustment from song to song so that your CD is "radio ready" and will conform to broadcast standards.
  
  

Attended Mastering Sessions:

Clients are encouraged to attend the mastering session, however please keep the number of people attending to a minimum.

$125 Per hour - billed in 30 minute increments.

Minimum charge is $200.

Included At No Additional Charge:

• One Sony Super Bitmapping Green Tune CD-R master disc with PQ printout sheet.
• One reference disc.
• Overnight/2 day delivery (dependant on service location)
• One set of adjustments if needed. (72 hour turnaround)
  
  

If distance or time is a factor, then we welcome you to drop off or send in your project. Alternatively, you may use our FTP on-line mastering services.

One Song $100

Two to ten songs - $70 each song

Over ten songs please add $50 for each additional song.
12 songs would be $800 (10 X $70 + 2 x $50)
